Hi! I’m Jaidyn.

From beginning my career as a Patient Care Technician to becoming a Registered Nurse with my BSN, my path in healthcare has been grounded in a deep commitment to service and an individualized approach. Over the years, I’ve grown from providing hands-on patient care to supporting teams behind the scenes, transitioning into office operations and case management within a private duty nursing agency. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in coordinating schedules, onboarding staff, managing office communications, and supporting both clinical teams and administrative functions. These experiences strengthened my ability to navigate complex systems, collaborate effectively, and keep service at the center of everything I do.

Now, I’m excited to carry this unique blend of clinical knowledge and operational skill into new opportunities in coordination, administration, and support—where I can continue making a meaningful impact.

More about me…

When I’m not working, you can usually find me soaking up the sunshine and fresh air. I love just about any outdoor adventure, whether it’s camping under the stars, hiking a scenic trail, swimming on a hot day, or simply finding any other reason to be outside!

I also have a creative streak and can spend hours painting or making pottery. There’s something magical about making something with your hands (and usually getting a little messy in the process).

Family is a huge part of my life, and I’m lucky to be surrounded by so much love and support. Whether we’re hanging out at home, celebrating together, or exploring something new, I’ll take any chance to spend time with them.

I’m also the friend who’s always hunting for the next local art festival, market, or quirky event to check out—bonus points if I can convince family or friends to tag along. Life’s all about making memories, and I’m here for every moment of it!
